ROMA CENTRAL MOTEL TERMS AND CONDIITIONS

Booking Confirmation & Payment: All reservations are confirmed upon provision of valid credit card details. Payment for accommodation may be processed from the day of arrival using the credit card provided at the time of booking. Certain peak periods, special events, and group bookings may be subject to separate payment terms, including non-refundable prepayments and non-refundable bookings.

The same card may also be used for cancellation fees, no-show charges, unpaid balances, incidental expenses, damages, excessive cleaning, and lost or unreturned keys.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival and no-shows will be charged the first night’s accommodation.

Certain peak periods, special events, and group bookings may be subject to separate cancellation terms, including non-refundable prepayments.

Check-In & Check-Out: Check-in is from 1:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Such requests may incur a fee.

Guest Requirements: The guest making the booking must be 18 years of age or older and accepts responsibility for all accommodation charges, incidental expenses, and any loss or damage caused during their stay.

Group Bookings: For group reservations (3 rooms or more), a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Final payment terms will be outlined in the group booking agreement.

Payment Surcharges: Payments made by AMEX and Diners Club will incur a 2.5% inc GST surcharge. Visa and MasterCard will incur a 1.5% inc GST surcharge. No surcharge applies to EFTPOS or cash payments.

Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping is not provided on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Smoke-Free Property: Roma Central Motel is a smoke-free property. Smoking and vaping are permitted only in the designated BBQ area at the rear of the motel or in public areas outside the property boundary. Additional cleaning fees may apply for breaches of this policy.

Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property. Assistance animals are welcome in accordance with Australian and Queensland law.

Right to Refuse Service: Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation, service, or entry to any person, or require a guest to leave the property, where their behaviour is unlawful, abusive, threatening, intoxicated, disruptive, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Management also reserves the right to require guests to leave the property without refund where these Terms & Conditions are breached.

Acceptance: By completing a booking and/or staying at the property, guests acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.
